These energy misalignments can prevent you from reaching your personal potential by leaving you feeling unmotivated, depressed and bored. Beyond that, it can lead to serious physical health conditions, which only add to the problem.

Energy Medicine is a term used for holistic healing therapies focused on manipulating the "life force" energy in your body to bring about balance, health and wellness. There are many different energy-based modalities that involve practitioners using hands-on techniques to rebalance energy. Other therapies involve non-touch or distant treatments. Specific areas targeted in these treatments are the aura, meridian points, and chakra centers. But other areas are treated for physical ailments as well.
I know it’s been a little while since my last blog post and I have plenty of valid “excuses” for why. But at the end of the day, they’re just excuses. I eventually had the surgery and was blessed with surgeons who were willing to take a chance on me. They removed my large intestine but performed a complicated series of surgeries that would mean I wasn’t stuck with a colostomy bag for the rest of my life.
